Northeastern Indiana Trout Association - NEITA, a non-profit organization, has been around since 1944. Their sole purpose to exist is to enhance trout fishing in Indiana. All the monies collected through dues or donations, annual fund raising raffle, etc. are spent buying trout to stock in public waters in Northeastern Indiana.
